Filed a claim but the replacement phone is old LG phone not the same phone I have.
I’m being shipped an LG Velvet phone as a replacement for my current Moto 5G ACE.
LG no longer makes phones though. My screen is cracked but otherwise still fully functioning.
Am I stuck with the LG phone?
You can send it back but there's no guarantee on what phone they will ship you if your phone isn't in stock .
The LG phones that I've used usually have a good battery. If you're in a poor 5G area switch to LTE to save battery life.
Thanks for the reply. I’m not too finicky about what kind of phone I have really. I need a good battery and NFC. It has NFC so I’m just hoping the phone battery is better than the reviews.
