Excellent Service

Just wanted to come here and thank the agent who helped me tonight. My iPhone started tweaking this evening. So, I reached out because all of my troubleshooting didn't work, and I saw I was technically due for an upgrade. I believe her name was Rosieanne or something of the sort, was SO patient with me. I initially wanted to pick up my order from a local store, but was told I could not because I was ordering via an online agent, and to have it expedited would have been an additional fee, but she managed to waive that for me. The chat also wasn't working properly, so I could not access the forms I needed, so she had to call me. Now remember, my phone doesn't work lol. I had to take the call through my Apple Watch and could barely hear. But Rosie was so patient and got me squared away without a hint of annoyance in her voice. Truly a special person. Hats off to her amazing customer service!
