Email account fraud
Someone in the USA has used my email address to purchase a mobile - I cannot get through to anyone at T-Mobile to address it.
I keep getting emails for their bills etc.
Any help greatly appreciated please. Thank you!
I don't have a T-mobile account, I've had to create one to start this discussion thread.
Does anyone from customer services monitor the discussion chats to get in touch regarding scams and frauds? There's no way of contacting T-mobile online.
None that have account access. Like I said in my previous post, if you don't have an account don't worry about it. I get bills from Best Buy and multiple retailers that I ignore and nothing happens.
Do you have a Tmobile USA account?
Sounds like a scam. I use my first name middle initial and last name for my email account and I get any version of it. All large casing, small casing or periods separating letters.
