i made a payment for 1 of my lines to pay off the eip and its not reflected on my account
When paying off an EIP, especially over the holidays. The transaction can take a few days to be reflected on your account. If the EIP was paid off close to when your bill is generated, the payment won't be reflected on that bill.
I just paid off an EIP recently that had 5 payments left thinking I would pay it off but it only paid 1 month so I had to change the next payment to 4 months then it was paid off.
