Does anyone know what their excuse for the decline of TMobile is?
Been a customer for 9 years. From lies to not honoring their agreements to leaving me without a phone for three weeks. Now their over seas customer representatives are almost impossible to work with. Not their fault nor their language skills. It's due to training and lack of understanding of what TMobile had us used to. Does anyone know why it's in rapid decline? Thinking of porting out all of my lines. The fact they also forced starlink on us was very disappointing.

Starlink is not forced upon anyone! If you don't subscribe to it, you won't have access to it unless it is included in your plan. I have yet to get a CSR overseas and I called T-Mobile last weekend around 9PM ET. Although I don't agree with the cost increase as someone who is affected by the recent price increase. It isn't realistic to think a company, any company, can continue to be profitable by offering services for less than the cost to provide them. Especially with the ever evolving state of cellular cmunications. AT&T and Verizon have done the same to their customers in the past and Verizon just unleasged another price increase as well. Does that make it right in my opinion. No! Just stating the obvious. These networks are not cheap to build, upgrade, and maintain.
