disrespectful and impolite manager (very very bad service)

I asked them to close my account, but they didn't, thus I ended up with more bills.  In an attempt to explain what had happened, I called the manager, but it was ineffective. The manager put me on hold for over three hours without any notification.  The manager was rude disrespectful and impolite.
