I keep forgetting to request my discount as a county worker how do iIdo that or do I have to call it in

I am a college student does T-Mobile give discounts for that?
There is a list of agencies that offer discounts to their workers through T-Mobile. Customer Care can tell you if your company/organization is on the list and start the process for you to verify you are an employee of that agency to qualify for your discount. These discounts must be re-verified annually.
