Deal not Honored
I purchased 2 iPhone 16s in November with the deal of $300 credit per phone. I have now chatted with customer service 3 times and called one time. I’m still not getting the proper bill credits. Anyon...
I have been lied to every month, sometimes more then once a month since November of 24. I have had this account since 2009. I am to the point, I guess my only recourse it to pay off the 3 phones that were supposed to be 0.00 per month and close the account.
Absolutely disgusted at the dishonest practices that are happening w/ this company.
UPdate: I did file a complaint w/ the FCC
