De-valuing current customers.
Why is it that T-mobile continues to reward new customers instead of taking care of the ones they have. I just upgraded my plan to Go5G Next Military, and now the Iphone 12 series are only being traded for $630??? But if I add a new line it’s $830? This is exactly what Verizon did and look where it got them.
Tmobile changed their upgrade pricing depending on the plan. Since you have a discounted version of the Go5G plan is the reason your trade in is less.
I don't agree with this practice which is why I buy my phone direct from the manufacturer.
