Customer service :-( July 2024
Where I live in Illinois for 11 years we have very bad signal here and T-Mobile knows this why not fix this problem it’s been a long time. Now today I am on hold with customer service, the first hold was 30 minutes was told I need another department and now on hold for another 32 minutes and still waiting. They sure need to hire more help ! My son and I are on the same account he lives 5 blocks away with the same bad signal. I will talk to my son about going with another service. T-Mobile does not care about us
Let me guess, your around the Marion area. I have relatives that live in the area and went there quitw frequently until I moved out of state in 2019.
Went back last year for a wedding and service was still spotty.
