Cracked Back Glass 2021 Trade-In

It looks like most of the “crack back glass” trade in questions are not new, so I wanted to see if there was any updated guidance on whether T-Mobile will accept a phone that has cracked/shattered back glass, but is otherwise in perfect condition (i.e. screen free of damage, no water damage, works perfectly fine, etc.)  Has anyone recently run into any problems trading in a phone with cracked/shattered back glass?  I don’t think it matters in this discussion, but my phone is an iPhone XS Max.  Can’t seem to find a straight answer from anyone.
