Control a child's account

It's 2025, we really need the option to control our children's electronics features at the account level.  For instance, I wish to disable my teenage child's mobile data.  T-Mobile's solution is their $10 a month "Family Mode" app.  This is great except that it requires apps (and apparently a VPN) to be added to the child's device, they're easily smart enough to find ways around this.

Come on T-Mobile, I could easily control my child's mobile data back when we had Sprint!

As long as there's free public wifi there's nothing that  you or T-Mobile can do to limit access. Like you stated " they're easily smart enough to get around this."

As previously stated taking away the phone is the only option.

The simple solution is to take the device away from the child when you don't them to have access to their device or data.  Explaining to them why you are doing so also helps a lot in the most patiemt way possible.
