Complaint

On January 2nd 2023 I made a Hotel reservation using T-Mobile Travel and canceled it 45 minutes later because it was made in error. They have been charging me with the fee of $216.00 and refuse to give me the refund back. I have screenshots of their customer service rep saying they would refund me in 3-5 business days but they are still charging my AMEX Card. How can I fight this to T-Mobile Corporate?
