Closing an account

You need to call Customer Care, visit your local T-Mobile store, or reach out to the T-Force Team by sending T-Mobile a DM on either Facebook or Twitter.  No one here on the forum has access to accounts because this is a peer help forum for customers to seek help from other customers.
