changed mind on trade in.
I changed my mind on a trade in phone. My younger son will taking the trade in phone instead of upgrading to a new one. How does that work?

Try canceling your order with the trade in, then reorder.
If you can't do that try contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Twitter or Facebook to see if they can help you.
