change to new phone that came with smaller sim card
How do I swap to new phone I purchased at Costco that came with smaller sim card? All your site does is give info for same size card...
Are you a post paid or prepaid plan?
Prepaid plans need to call in to activate a new sim.
Yeah, did that. But on the T-mobile site the path to find the link to activate the new sim card should be stupid easy, but it’s not. Under update phone, there’s bring your own, but no link for entering the sim card data. Oh we got it done via chat and they sent a link, BUT DAMM T-MOBILE MAKE THE COMMON STUFF EASY TO FIND, NOT HIDDEN. Now they wasted my time and a Tech’s.
The card you get from Tmobile is a 3 in 1 card with punch outs for the size you need.
