Certain texts are not received.
I just moved over to T-Mobile a few months ago, but I started noticing that texts from our work automation system no longer comes through.
We called support, they looked at this for weeks and finally told me they won't fix the issue. So, what options do I have left but to go to another provider. I have never had issues like this in the past, but it would seem there is so much spam anymore, they are doing what they can to almost shut the service down.
I have three phones and the 5G home internet plan, but my company is advising me to get this sorted out by all means, even if it means moving to another provider.

To cut down on spam, T-Mobile has limited these types of texts to government and verified businesses. I don't know how you have a company submit to added to the verified list of businesses but it can be done.

My company is a huge university, state owned. They don't seem too concerned with losing a customer, so I will attempt to get it fixed one last time, or it is most likely off to AT&T I go.
Thanks for your input.

"They" as in T-Mobile. Sorry, I can't see a way to edit posts.

I had the same issue like 4/5 years back, recognized it was a problem with Tmobile specifically, and ended up switching to ATT with the rest of my family and a few friends. What's funny is that I have issues sending to people that are on tmobile from time to time but can communicate with all other carriers (minus the carriers that subcontract tmobiles network) without issue. Since the new year it's been really bad oddly enough and a few of my other friends are just about convinced to switch to a different carrier due to the consistent issues they have with tmobile. Sorry but switching is kind of your only option as their tech support did nothing for me back then and isn't able to do anything for the friends/family of mine that are still on the service.

I can't say that I have had issues with txt messages in particular, but this issue I have is beyond annoying, and my only option will be to change carriers.
Thanks for your reply on this.
