cancel one of 2 numbers prepaid
I have 2 unlimited prepaid numbers and I need to cancel one, because I’ve moved abroad. How do I do it?
If it’s prepaid if you’re on autopay take if off of it. The line will cancel itself once the funds run out.
Thanks @gramps28, but is it possible to cancel only one? My mother is still using the other number and we payed for both in one payment
How is the account payments set up?
@gramps28 when we got the numbers, it was one for US$50 two for US$80. So my mom is still in America for another 2 or 3 months and I had to leave The USA because of the Visa! So I was wondering if we need to go to T mobile or if I can cancel it online ?
You need to call Tmobile support to cancel or you can port your mothers number to a new plan.
