By what date do we need to activate the Apple TV promotion?

I have one promo going and want to maximize the time. i saw the last date to start somewhere when it was first offered but now I cannot find it again. Thanks!

    I don't think there a date since it shows in your Mytmobile account as a line add on.

    Found it! Also Apple TV+ promos cannot be stacked.
