BILLING INFORMATION

We just added a line and changed to military discount.

We all paid billing as of 07/05/23 and started new Plan on 07/07/23; Now we are being billed full month of new Plan on 07/26/23. We were told during our Phone Plan setup that we would not be billed again for July.  Since we were paid-up to 08/05/23.

We believe we are paying for an extra 10 days...
