Bait and Switch
I was given a price quote for changing my plan. I agreed to change and now the price is more. I am being told the person who quoted me the price was wrong. That doesn't matter, T-Mobile should honor what was quoted since that was the information used to make the decision.

All billing related issues need to be taken up with Customer Care by calling 611 from your T-Mobile line or by sending T-Mobile a DM on Facebook or Twitter/X.

We're having the same problem, but it was a rebate on a new phone if we sent back the old phone. The bait and switch came after the old phones were mailed in, so now they are GONE. T-Mobile refuses to return the phones OR honor the price quoted TWICE in the store (supposedly "verified with my regional manager" after we waiting as he was "in the back room" talking to the manager for 20 minutes).
