Activate a cancelled tmobile number
Hi,
Was traveling out of US for a month so decided to cancel my tmobile number. Would like to understand how to activate it once I return
I'm pretty sure our care team can get your line added back but the number may not be available depending on how long it was actually canceled. We'll need the account holder to Community-2153 and see what number options you have.

My number was under a group plan. As I was traveling outside US for a month
I had requested my account owner to suspend it for this duration. However,
looks like he cancelled it by mistake. Could you please restore the number
as I want to continue the same number when I return.

Did you mean you had the number completely cancelled or suspended?
When a number is canceled it goes back into the pool of numbers available for everyone. So, there is a chance you may have lost that number forever...
If you just suspended the number, just call in and they can restore that
