A question on billing

Howdy! My account says it has a balance of “$-0.07”, my bill says that I owe “$-0.07” on September 4th.
Does that mean I’m good? I’m confused, please help!

    Hello I have no idea that my monthly bill was $201.00 I want to know how it got so high,and perhaps some add-ons were accepted that was done without my knowledge.
