“Your rate will never change”
When I first signed up for Tmobile, over 15 years ago, I think I was told my rates would never go up. But now it appears my rate is going up? Does anyone else have this issue?

I too have been a T-Mobile customer for over 15 years and have always said it was going to happen sooner or later. It's not just all of a sudden come on I have had mine go up for this reason or another before. I definitely agree that they have been telling lies and still do while they take our money and invest it in their next big idea. T-Mobile calm down and stop trying to branch out into everything and remember the ones who you said the price will never change and go up I guess that meant I unless Netflix or something else went up in price, we have no contracts like AY&T's 2 year contract I guess that if you never need a new phone because with T-Mobile you get there phone and are locked into it paying for 2 years sounds the same to me, also we have a great deal get these lines and do auto pay and get these lines free for life unless we now want to charge you later for each line, and I don't even use one line the sim is locked in my safe for emergencies. How about the fact that lately you have become one of the worst for signal all of a sudden 8 months ago when ever the power goes out my cell service goes out and the fact that at the same time I get barely reception in my house. I use to praise them on how great the service was. I can't even make a phone call from my apartment. Why don't you start fixing what you got now and then talk to me about an increase. Isn't it bad enough that you send me emails telling me about all the great streaming service I could get and other perks then when I ask about them I'm told oh if you upgrade your plan you could get them but your plan is not eligible. What makes my plan not eligible? Is it because I pay less? I have a phone on your network and pay my bill on time for over 15 years I have never paid late. Is that what make me not eligible because I have been a loyal customer. I am sorry but you raise my bill when it says you won't and another class action lawsuit will be coming your way. Then not only will my bill be cheaper but you will be paying it for YEARS! Look it up T-Mobile has their hands in to many cookie jars. Just check what app they have.

I'm fed up as well. T-Mobile has been great for the past 10 years but I am choosing to leave. I may pay more with another plan somewhere else but at least I won't be stuck with T-Mobile lying about their promise to never raise my rate ever!

I was also told I was Grandfathered in with my plan and now they raise the rates and say that they can do whatever they want. Truley the worst company!

agreed. i love how they can just change binding contracts then change rates for more dough. rough time to be a tmobile CSR. my plan will be increasing by $50. CSR just told me in a few more words: "our costs are going up so we need to do this."
Why then would you GUARANTEE the rates won't go up ever? Pretty rough. - Denise5567Newbie Caller
I've also been with them for over 15 years, now I've been told that I will be charged an additional $5 per line, that's ridiculous, who can afford this. I think after being a customer for that long, we should get a decrease, not increase, what a joke! Time to look elsewhere.

We have also been with T-Mobile for a number of years. When we joined, we were told that our price was locked in for life. I just received a text message today about a $5 per line increase. We have 4 lines, and at $5 per line increase, that is $20 more per month! That's $240 more per year!! We are senior citizens on a fixed income and simply cannot afford the increase. We don't use one of the lines much at all, so I called and had that line permanently suspended. I was then told by their rep that I could not take advantage of any offers for the next 90 days! A punishment for suspending a line??!!! We have always paid our bill before the due date and have been good customers and this is how we get treated!! When I told the rep that I would now be looking for another company, she said "go ahead", "we don't care". Guess it's true! T-Mobile does not care!!!

Tmobile is a joke. Bunch of liars and thieves thats for sure. I was with for over 10 years and my rate stayed the same. Then I was given a offer of three lines for a little cheaper with 5g and told my rate would never go up with the promise plan. BS! Ive had to make over 3 phone calls with customer service about rates going up. And heres the kicker, they all said its a promise plan and it would stay the same each time ive called. A MANAGER today told me 20 minutes ago over the phone they will always go up to compete with the others and that I shouldve seen that in my contract. But its called the promise plan???? The only promise Tmobile will give you is the wont lie to your face, just behind your back. Oh! I thought it was funny how he said he could see anything noted about my price staying the same , so I said to listen to the recordings they do and he said they he cant find those either... lol

This is exactly what we were told just a couple of years ago!! T-Mobile you were caught lying before when I signed up and had a clear law suite then. Now you are doing it again!!! Why do you continue this nasty behavior? Shame on this company!!!

Tmobile is the biggest backstabbing company out there! Promise plan doesnt mean promise the price wont go up and I should have know that. Thats what I was told by a MANAGER.
