Website won't allow me to pay my bill. Its been messed up for the last 3 months
Unable to log into my tmobile account on the website, it keeps giving msgs: “hang in there”, “still working” etc., it stays stuck so I can’t pay my bill. This is very irritating!

Many times ago I have also having the same issue but First of all You have to Clear your browser cache, Try in different browser or device, Disable browser extensions.
