Change to different credit card
I lost my old credit card, need to give new credit card info for autopayBubbabrenda15 days agoNetwork Novice52Views0likes1CommentFALSE ADVERTISING/PROMISES BY TMOBILE!
For some reason, their site is not letting me post this comment. Since signing up with T-Mobile in 2022 - the senior rate - which WAS $50 when I signed up, the guaranteed rate that "would never increase" has increased TWICE! The first was $5 per month when suddenly my chosen auto pay method (credit card used for phone insurance) would no longer qualify for auto-pay discount, even though I am still on auto-pay. This was a disguised increase. Then today I get another increase of $5 per month. So my locked in rate that was NEVER supposed to increase, which got T-Mobile a lot of their customer base, was total BS! My rate has gone up TWENTY PERCENT in less than three years! TM has removed much of the guaranteed pricing language from it's website too! Bait and switch. False advertising. False agreements. FALSE promises.TerryOC7 days agoNewbie Caller109Views3likes2CommentsEmail Change for Paperless Billing
How do you change the paperless billing email address? I've updated my account email address, but I'm unable to update the paperless billing email address. I've scoured the community for it, and none of the suggested methods work.sysadmin8 days agoNetwork Novice60Views0likes1CommentWhat Are My Choices For Data Coverage On T-Mobile For Business Data Lines?
I have a business account with two data lines. One is Bus Unl Tablet 10 GB HS TI and the other is 5G Bus Mobile Int 30GB I will be traveling to Belize, Honduras and Mexico soon. What data coverage will I have with these and at what speeds? If I want to add additional coverage, what would the cost be and speed? Would it matter which line I add it to? I recently called T-mobile because I've been having frequent signal issues. I also commented to the agent that I wasn't only getting bad service, but they had a promotion for people to get service for $35 plus a new TV. After checking for a while, she (a Filipino girl) said that I qualify. The next day I checked my next bill and stated that it was still going to be $50. I called again and stated the discrepancy. Another guy from another country said that eventually it was going to be $75. He also tried to give me other options, but basically I felt that he was trying to sale me something else. I told him that I wanted to cancel and he said that he couldn't do that that I would have to wait till I get the new canister. I told him that I wanted to talk to a supervisor and he transferred me to another agent in Guatemala and not a supervisor. They had the music so loud at that place that I could barely heard her. Then, she told me the same thing, but at the same time she wanted to give me options, meaning trying to sale me something else. I didn't ask for a supervisor because I was wasting a lot of time and likely they were going to transfer me to another call center somewhere else in the world.NoelE2 months agoNetwork Novice183Views0likes1CommentT-Mobile promotions scam
I am a customer with for over 10 years with T-Mobile. I am reaching out regarding a frustrating issue with a recent phone upgrade I ordered through T-Mobile's website. On 10/26, I purchased the RAZR+ phone as part of a promotion offering $600 off, with a monthly plan of approximately $16. Additionally, the promotion stated that $25 would be credited to my bill each month. However, my experience with this promotion has been disappointing and misleading. going to make complent with FCC and BBB !!rouven783 months agoNetwork Novice224Views0likes1CommentIs it possible to downgrade if I haven't paid off my phone?
I'm honestly not even sure how much I still owe on it but a while back, I was kind of in a desperate situation as I was on vacation and my phone died. I was a member of Xfinity Mobile and they didn't have any stores in the area so I went to T-Mobile where they talked me into signing up for the Go5G Plus Up Plan and got the Galaxy S24 Ultra. I've been paying $145 per month and with each passing month, the more ridiculous this seems. Is it possible to find a cheaper deal even though I haven't paid it off?poweranimals3 months agoNetwork Novice262Views0likes3Comments
