Years old iPhone finance
So back in January 2021. I had finance/purchase a phone with T-Mobile which I still have to this day. I had giving it to my Father and he locked himself out of his Apple ID. I cannot get into it so contacting Apple. I was told I would have to get a proof of purchase receipt from the place that I had purchased it from the problem is. I cannot get into my T-Mobile Portal, since I no longer have services with T-Mobile and I cannot get through to customer service since I do not have a phone number or services with T-Mobile, so my question would be. How would I be able to gain access of set receipt to be able to unlock my phone mind. It’s an iPhone 12 Pro Max 512 GB so I don’t want to give it up.50Views0likes1CommentT-Mobile should distance itself from Ooma.
I signed up for the T-Mobile 5G Internet service promotion that included a free Ooma Telo Air 2 device. It took an inordinate amount of time to get the Telo Air 2 from Ooma and the Bluetooth setup connection did not work. Even with the Ooma Telo Air 2 device directly connected to the T-Mobile 5G gateway via Ethernet, the frequent audio dropouts made phone calls completely impossible to discerningly hear. I performed some troubleshooting with T-Mobile and Ooma, but to no avail. I called Ooma to cancel my service less than two weeks after receiving my Ooma Telo Air 2. An Ooma representative said I needed to return the Telo Air 2 at my expense. I vehemently protested and got an Ooma supervisor to approve a prepaid authorization label to be emailed to me. The supervisor provided an Ooma reference number for the approval. I kept checking my email, but no prepaid return authorization label ever arrived. Multiple phone calls to Ooma agents and supervisors produced no positive results. I have already filed a complaint against Ooma with the Better Business Bureau. Complaints against Ooma with The Federal Communication Commission and the Federal Trade Commission are soon to follow. T-Mobile's reputation with its customers is already deficient enough without partnering up with an unscrupulous company such as Ooma to tarnish it even further.38Views0likes0CommentsCharged for services never received
I’ve spoken to several peopleat T-Mobile but cannot get this situation rectified. 1.5 yrs ago purchased Magenta Plan with 2 phones and option for 2 free watches. Within a week realized that 10$ monthly service fee was requited to operate the watches, so we returned them to the store indicating thatwe did not want them. Without the service they a were of no value to us. As we are shopping around before we renew our plan, visited T-Mobile store and rep showed me how to access bill on-line at which point I saw the charges for 4 lines with 2 phone unrecognizable numbers which are associated with the watches.Evidently, wehave been charged an additional 20 a month for 17months, totaling $340. Why did I not see this on the bill before you ask? Well to save $20/monthwe are required touse auto pay so we never see a bill. I only just realized this error when I visited the store. My contention now is that where I purchased the plan, the store representatives are either unskilledor thieves. They took the watches back. They indicated we would not be billed for the service. Theydid not properly manage the transaction. T-Mobile says there is no proof I returned the watches. I argue that I did,but more significantly we don’t and never did have service on them which is what the $20/month is for. Furthermore, the monthlybill advises us that thewatches needto be paired up for service, verifying we don’t have service. Moreover, T-Mobile has agreed to discontinue charging me moving forward. What more evidence isneeded to confirm that we have been charged for a service never received? I would like a refund for the $340 charged for services not received.293Views1like1CommentLink two accounts with same email
My father is elderly and having issues with paying bills, etc. I am trying to help ease the pain with managing some accounts. Bought him a cheap flip phone to keep in contact with me, on the advice of the sales rep, this flip phone had to be on a separate account, no big deal. Now trying to link the two accounts so I can manage paying his bill. On phone for 90 minutes with c.s., finally they gave up and sent me to tech support. Tech support says you cannot link two separate account using single email address, makes no sense to me since i do this routinely with my investment accounts, credit cards, etc for wife and family, typically very simple process. I don’t know if I am getting bad advice or this is true. Would make a lot of sense for this to work so we can help manage bill payments of our elderly parents. ANY ADVICE would be appreciated.305Views0likes2CommentsHow to get a resolution? SCAM!
My parents recently upgraded their phones after a T-Mobile employee informed us they were eligible for an upgrade with an $830 refund per line, plus a Costco gift card on our existing plan. Two months later, I checked and found that we’re only receiving a $300 credit per line. When I followed up, I was told our phone plan doesn’t actually qualify for the higher credit, and now we’re facing an additional $60 per month to receive the credit we were promised. The employee acknowledged his mistake and even offered to pay the difference himself, but his manager reprimanded him for saying that. Rather than taking responsibility or addressing the issue, it seemed like the manager wanted him to cover it up. I’ve been going back and forth between customer service and the store, but nothing has been resolved. I also emailed the manager requesting the regional manager’s contact information, but I still haven’t received a response.119Views0likes1CommentLine Usage Details
Hello There ! I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my ongoing issue with accessing my call logs from August 15th to September 15th. This was informed to customer service on 11/05/2024, Despite multiple tickets being opened and assurances from various customer support representatives, this issue remains unresolved. As I was informed by a customer support representative, line usage details can typically be accessed for the past 90 days. However, I have been unable to retrieve the specific call logs I require. Please suggest How to get this resolved. Thank you for your time and attention.85Views0likes2CommentsI have an issue that I need help with. Issue with T-Mobile Billing and Service
I have an issue that I need help with. Issue with T-Mobile Billing and Service Hello, I have an issue that I need help with. I use a prepaid T-Mobile phone and pay $28.42 each month (including tax). In September, I successfully paid my phone bill three times. The first payment was made with my bank card on September 1st. However, on September 3rd, my phone stopped working. I went to a T-Mobile store and they told me I had to pay the September bill again to reactivate my phone. So, I paid an additional $33.42 in cash, and my phone started working again. On September 28th, I paid for October's phone bill using my bank card (I pay for the next month at the end of each month). Since September, I have called T-Mobile customer service 7 times asking for a refund for the extra payment. They told me each time that I would be refunded, but by November, I still hadn’t received anything. So, I contacted my bank and submitted receipts for the two payments I made. The bank refunded me the $28.42 from the September 3rd payment. I thought the issue was resolved, but on November 21st, my phone stopped working again. I had already paid for the November bill. Today, when I checked my T-Mobile account, I saw that my account balance of $7.40 was gone. I called customer service again, and they said the issue would be resolved in 24 hours. Today, customer service provided me with a ticket number for this issue: 87516215. I have the payment records in my T-Mobile account, and I am uploading screenshots and the receipt for the cash payment to show that I’m serious about resolving this. I paid my bill for November, but since November 21st, I haven’t been able to use my phone. I hope someone can see this issue and help resolve it quickly. If this issue is not resolved, I will take further legal action to get a result. Thank you very much for your help. Sincerely, Ping167Views0likes4Comments- 88Views0likes2Comments
