Magenta Promotional card from Sunrise Bank
I received a $100 debit card when I signed up for T-Mobile, after switching from Verizon, but can find no way to use it since it requires a pin, which I wasn't given. I can only see the last four digits of the card so cannot add it to Google Pay either.janc1947TMobile10 days agoNetwork Novice21Views0likes0CommentsUpgrading phone with Go5G Next plan?
Earlier this year I upgraded to the Go5G Next plan (2 phones). Traded in an iPhone 14 for 16 at that time also and on a payment (discounted) plan for 2 years. (Later traded in Samsung S23 for S25 and on a discounted payment plan also.) The App says I can upgrade the iPhone in July (and Samsung later) and once half the phone is paid off. I am assuming the "half" refers to the retail price and not what we actually owe over the 2 years. I think we owe ~$300 over 2 years but the bill shows the full retail monthly price minus the discount. I assume Tmobile has the math right and we can upgrade (iPhone 17 comes out in September). I also assume that we do not owe anything on the new phone - true? Also the current 16 is locked preventing another eSim since it is under a 2 year contract. We wanted to add another eSim when traveling and assume we can call to unlock it (my Android allows me to unlock it for 30 days from a feature on the phone). Would the new 17 then be unlocked since it will not have money owed?dezmo90712 days agoTransmission Trainee38Views0likes0CommentsWorst experience with tmobile
Will keep this short and sweet. So I work for bestbuy and got 50% off verizon. Store shut down, lost the discount. Heard great things about tmobile so wanted to give it a spin to save some $$$. Swapped 3 lines and discovered the service was far worse to save $20 vs verizon. Went to switch back to verizon and tmobile made it an absolute obstacle to make out. Got sent through phone transfer hell and the chat services refused to provide the account # / port code. In short, stay away from tmobiles shady practices the service is absolutely terrible.Crimsonblitz2 months agoNewbie Caller49Views0likes0CommentseSIM Activation
I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max running IOS18.5 I would like to move my physical SIM to eSIM. The only options I get are, transfer from another phone or a QR code. I’m currently out of the country so I can’t go to T-Mobile. Any help is appreciated. ThanksResaa7772 months agoNetwork Novice52Views0likes0CommentsLost SIM card

Although my card was lost, and I'm still paying the bill monthly. Since there is no Live Chat, please let me know how I can contact with?chugor2 months agoNetwork Novice96Views0likes4CommentsT-Mobile dishonest billing
I was a customer of T-Mobile’s five years ago and I quit them because I changed my plan and they kept billing me the higher price. I had to go with T-Mobile this time because I had a medical device. It was only supported by T-Mobile. Three months ago I closed that medical device number so now I only have two lines and home service. The following month I was billed correctly, which I believe they do this because so many people don’t even check. Last month they build me the higher amount again. I called. They said no no you didn’t close a number you had a $50 credit. I said no I did not look at my line it’s never been used. It was a long phone call. I did not get my money back. They gave me all kinds of credits and promise me everything was taken care of. When I got off the phone with them, I googled any complaints against T-Mobile and lo and behold, hundreds of people complaining about the very same issue overcharging changing prices charging fees that aren’t even legal. Then today they did the exact same thing and took out the whole amount for two lines. Now the Customer Service reps are in on this because customers are complaining left and right my Customer Service rep said she had never heard of such a thing. I said I don’t believe you for one second. Said you have class action suits against you for this very thing. Then she said well your plan was not changed. We’re billing the correct amount. I said no I don’t have two lines. I have one line and she said that’s the problem and I said so are you blaming me because your Customer Service rep didn’t do their job not once but twice and here I am talking to you trying to blame me again.. I said I want my account close and I want it close now. She said I’ll take care of that and I will send you an email with your account number so I can transfer the number.. needless to say I did not get that email. I went into a T-Mobile store and the clerk said I’m on your side. I get these complaints all the time. T-Mobile is taking money illegally and then not returning that money but giving you a credit. By me closing the account, they have to send me the $50 credit. I will never do business with T-Mobile again. Neither should you.Shefishes23 months agoRoaming Rookie257Views1like0CommentsNew phone and info transfer
I got a new iPhone and transferred everything from my Samsung Galaxy. When I put a new SIM card in the Samsung are the text messages that are on the phone then transfer to the SIM card? The card put into the Samsung has a different phone number. I am asking because my ex then stole the new card from the Samsung. Or does it only save texts that were sent after the SIM was installed?Djmusic13 months agoNetwork Novice323Views0likes1CommentSim activation

I absolutely had the wrong information about trade-in phones. Wanted to pay cash for both of our phones, my son and mine. Was told I was getting $250 from my trade-in then when I looked at my paperwork online turned out to be $70 and they used my $944 as a down payment and finance the rest My Son got pretty much nothing for his phone or trade-in. My plan was changed even financed screensaver and case for My Son so to say the least when my phone arrived at my house late, of course I returned it without even opening the box and went to Apple and got my military Apple discount. I am seriously thinking about switching companies been with them over 20 something years was with Sprint never had this problem before I don’t like being lied to the store was at beach and Hodges Jacksonville, Florida. Then my service as far as Wi-Fi bars, cellular connection goes from 2, 1, to 0 bars worst service ever.Bluebayou10313 months agoNewbie Caller239Views1like0Commentsinquiry about sim cards for a family
We are a family of five planning to visit the United States from July 23 to August 27, 2025. We will be bringing five mobile phones; however, only one supports eSIM, while the others require physical SIM cards. We would like to inquire about the pricing for at least three SIM cards to use during our stay. Thank you in advance,tofjml3 months agoNetwork Novice122Views0likes0Comments
