Netflix downgrade
Hey Netflix, “You currently have Netflix ON US included in your plan. Netflix recently updated their subscription tiers, you’ll now receive Netflix Standard with ads, providing more features and benefits to you. This benefit will continue to be ON US ($0). There is nothing you need to do. This change will take effect between January 25 and February 1.” How is changing my subscription from “no ads” to “includes ads” “providing more features and benefits to you”?
1/25/2024 Hulu on us text message with link not working!
Just received my NEW “hulu on us” SMS and the link to claim the offer does not work. Anyone else experiencing this? Phone Arena says there are issues. Hopefully T-Mobile backend and they fix it soon! T-Mobile subscribers having issues claiming their free "Hulu On Us" perk - PhoneArena
Apple TV - Not working
I am not able to use Apple TV On-Us even though it says I am active on my account. I had customer service people helping me on two different occasions and they all said I should wait 24 hours for a special link to be sent and will call me to make sure all that crap but still not resolved. Anybody else had similar problems or know how to get it easily resolved?
MLB TV doesnt work through 5g home internet
Trying to watch baseball games and they won't load when I'm connected to the tmobile 5g home internet. Works fine on my other wifi connection (I am testing the home internet device, so I still have both) and on my actual mobile network, but throws an error if I am connected to the 5g home internet network. I have tried on my phone, laptop, and firetv stick...all act the same. Can anyone help?
Spotify doesn’t load using data, how do I fix this?
(I’m unsure if I selected the correct sub forum for this topic but here goes…) I’m not sure if this a problem on Spotify’s end and if I should be crying to them instead, but for some odd reason, when I try to load the Spotify app using my T-Mobile cellular data, nothing loads and I can only play songs that are cached. Sometimes it even says I’m offline when I have a few bars. Is this something that has to do with the music unlimited stuff on my plan? Any fix? Any help is appreciated, thank you.
