I think they’re doing it on purpose because they’re still getting paid. First of all, I don’t see why it is any of our faults why UPS loses anything and why the hell we should have to keep paying for this **bleep**! I found out that T-Mobile has not been making their labels properly. They have not been adding the manifesto to them therefore nobody can file a claim and they just keep collecting the money and charging our accounts every month so I’m calling my lawyer, you guys wanna tagalong or you wanna keep getting screwed over let me know. Absolute best customer service I’ve ever had.
In the past two weeks we have upgraded all of our phones on our account. To upgrade my mother in laws phone we had to meet in the middle of where we both live to get this done. 1 hour for both of us. We settled on a T-Mobile location in Saginaw Michigan. 3125 Tittabawassee rd. It was Black Friday and the store was hopping! Molly checked us in and we eventually she was actually the one to help us. The wait was minimal, looks like she had a full staff and all were helping customers. Molly was AMAZING. We talked about our time in retail, the ups, downs, and everything in between. Honestly it felt like we knew Molly for years! She totally treated us like family and always had a smile on her face even when T-Mobile had flagged our account for fraud. 😂 We ended up getting lunch and when we got back she had our phone and iPad all set up and ready to go. She is a manager you most definitely need and would love to multiply.HeavenM of you are the right person, please make sure Molly gets what she deserves for being awesome!
