Promise not met
Good morning my name is Richard Koebrugge . I spoke. on the phone December 6 around 12: 10 PM waiting for my father to get out of surgery for cancer I called customer service agent explaining that I have a problem with my iPhone 11 after updating the ISO 18 I stated that my phone was dying even at 80%. She recorded the call and she came back and told me that the iPhone 11 cannot support the ISO 18 I asked her about insurance And she explained to me that if she talk to her supervisor, she might have a better deal for me. I waited on hold. She came back on the line and said since you’ve been with us for 21 years and this wasn’t a problem that occurred that you did. T-Mobile is going to give you an iPhone 12 then I explained that my daughter has the same issue, but there was no insurance on that phone. She put me on hold a little bit longer and came back and said T-Mobile is going to do the same thing for her as we are going to do for you. She said I will be receiving a email to confirm. I never received an email. I called back on Monday, December 9 explain my issue and they said nope. The phones are going to be there expedited Tuesday morning did not receive any phones. They also gave me two order numbers. I called back on Tuesday and gave them the two order numbers that was given to me and they said they were not real but we see that you called on Friday on Monday and now today so they promised that they’re gonna fix my problem and they never did. I call back Tuesday afternoon. Talk to a supervisor. They said they were gonna call me back after they fix the problem they never did. I just got done talking to someone again at customer service December 11 and they explained to me that they can’t do what they promised. I’ve been with T-Mobile for 21 years and they promised me and my daughter new phones. I even thanked the customer service agent and told her that she was gonna make my daughter‘s Christmas and she reassured me that the phones would be at the house. I wanna make this right I am very upset. I have five phones on this account and I’m ready to take my business somewhere else.Rkoebrugge16 hours agoVisitor28Views0likes0Comments- msperez2 days agoNetwork Novice50Views0likes1Comment

Free voice line
Adding a line in October at Tmobile authorized retailer and was told that I can add an additional line free of monthly charge as a promotion. I added the line and come to find out from Tmobile that my plan doesn't qualify for the promotion. Tmobile retailer now says they are there only to advise and doesn't have the final say. This is confusing as a customer. Im a light user of mobile phone and switch only because it is free.v2e2horn2 days agoNetwork Novice33Views0likes0CommentsT-Mobile Double-Charged Me for 2 Years — Then Blamed Me and Refused a Refund
I’ve been with Sprint/T-Mobile since 2000. Last Christmas I purchased an Apple Watch and it was too small. Sent it back paid the difference, when I got the new watch called to get it activated to my number. The girl that answered never canceled the second line. For 2 YEARS, they double-charged me monthly. For Christmas was going to buy a new watch. Went to look see two charges call to ask. THEY DON'T INITIALLY CANCEL IT. They lied to me as to why it was on my bill lied to me about the the actual charges. $10 for the line $16 for the insurance $5.01 for tax. 24 months Total STOLEN $840.24 They lied to me and said that the amount wasn't taxed and that when credit is given it is given with taxes. They then started getting belligerent when I refused to negotiate on the AMOUNT OWED. When I finally caught it and asked for a refund, they told me it wasmy fault for not noticing sooner. "Well you didn't notice so we can't refund it." Advised them of me canceling and moving to Verizon after being a loyal customer for 24 years, who has purchased numerous watches and numerous iPads. The manager told me to cancel my service and then hung up on me. I’ve spent weeks on the phone, wasted hours, and got nothing but disrespect and refusal to take accountability. T-Mobile robbed me. If this is how they treat loyal customers, avoid them at all costs.TMoVictim2 days agoNetwork Novice55Views0likes1CommentPorting Number from Verizon
