Hi! Im just really sad about the website for this carrier, tbh i dont have a problem with the data and all but every time i try to use their website, either it’s taking a while or no avail at all. For customer service, either they are excellent or bad. I dont know why I have a pending order when it says on my website that it was completed for MONTHS already. Before, I could changed my plan on their website but now, no matter what i do, nothing! Even the representative couldn’t help me. I can’t even use their App too! Is it because im a prepaid user? Still, im a customer. It’s frustrating because this already happened numerous times. Your website and app are ridiculously useless. I am in Mexico right now and my data is not working.Every time I come here, I get 5G high speed data and then unlimited low speed data, every month, for 3 months. I always get a “Welcome to Mexico” text when I land. However, this last trip I have not gotten a “Welcome to Mexico” text and I have been here for 2 months already. My phone has said no service since I have been here and I haven’thad any data! I have a Magenta plan and I know this is supposed to be included. Hi there. I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this issue: every time I’m in my car, connected through bluetooth and listening to music/podcasts from Spotify or Amazon music, it’s starts to skip in the middle of playing. It’s almost like when we are on a phone call and the person on the other side sounds like goes in and out. It’s very frustrating, as I tried everything recommended, from deleting the apps and reinstalling it, resetting the network, shutting down the phone nd restarting again. Everything with no luck! Today I contacted TMobile via chat and did all that I was instructed by the agent. At first, it appeared it helped some, but turned out it’s still the same! if anyone out there experienced this and had a successful solution to this issue, please let me know. I’ve Samsung S22 Ultra 5G with e-SIM. Plan is Simply Pre-Paid with 10GB of Data/Month and has USD$15 for International Calling, which Includes Mexico and Canada. I came to Mexico City, Mexico on 4th Feb 2023 and soon after the Plane Land, I saw the data as LTE. Roaming is On and Manually Selected the Network TELCEL(T-Mobile partner). Now the issue is I can see the LTE Icon, but Chrome, WhatsApp and Facebook are not loading. I reset the Network setting and did a Phone Re-Start. Airplane Mode was on-off, and the Data send/receive is still not working.#RON#(#766#) also tried. I also used Speedtest to see whether data send/receive happened and in Speedtest, it could not connect the Provider and Server. The call and SMS service is working Fine. I raised 2 Tickets, one after another, with Customer Service and Engineer team and they said it would take 72 Hours to resolve. I received a text from T mobile this morning saying welcome to Kenya, explaining my coverage there and telling me to enjoy my stay. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 20yrs. I called to upgrade my plan from the grandfather plan to the Go5Gplus for 4lines and was told I have that plan which was changed Nov14. only to remember was approach by a t-mobile rep in Costco and was inquiring the cost to upgrade my phone and was given a few options which was over my budget at the time and advised him will think about it, not to realize the rep changed my plan without my knowledge and my bill went up over $100. Only to realize that on Black Friday when I call T-Mobile to upgrade my plan for the promo $185 for 4 lines that advertised online, T-Mobile rep over the phone advised to change my plan back to the original will take effect until 11dec. I went to t-mobile this spring to open my first phone account, i asked the cells man how much it would be for an apple watch. So he added it to my account to see how much the price would be and after finding out the price i decided not to get the watch just the phone. Months later I noticed that my bill was extremely high so me and my mom called in to find out and we were told that I was being charged for an apple watch but we told them that we did not get an apple watch. My mom has been going back and forth with the manager and no one is helping us get this resolved. She requested the store security footage to be reviewed and they were supposed to call back and never did. My mom called back and the manager said the video shows the store with us leaving with the watch which is not true . She called customer care and they told her the watch has never been used. To this day I am still being charger with a device I do not have, this is very unfortunate because this is my first bill and I just graduated high school trying to be responsible so I don't want to not just pay my bill. I wish someone could help me resolve this issue but it sounds like no one from t-mobile is willing to help me with this matter. Once my device is paid off Im gonna leave T-mobile because it's not fair how I've been treated. I had recently activated international roaming for India and Dubai recently for $50 (15 GB) for 30 days on my phone. But the internet connectivity stopped in a couple days. I was not getting messages or emails on my phone even though out of 15 GB of data only 2.3 GB was used. T-Mobile service is terrible even after paying. I am in Argentina. Supposedly I would get free roaming for Data and text. But it did not work at all through operator MOvistar. Called the 1 800 number and talked for 2 hours. THey made me change some settings, and still nothing. Then they made me re-start phone. I said that I would then miss the call They said they would call em back. Received no call back at all and now when I try to call again I get message (in Spanish!!!!!!) that the same call I made 1 hour ago I am not authorized to. WTF ????? But these brainiacs at TMobile do not have email chat service, only phone.... BUT THT DOES NOT WORK AND THAT IS THE REASON FOR MY CALL!!!!! Still they want me to verify my identity through a code that they sent to ... my phone !!!!!! But I do not get txt there dummy, again, the REASON WHY i AM CALLING!!!!!!
