Wife got a new phone pixel 9a two months ago and we switched her at that time from a physical SIM card to esim. Since that day she has been unable to call her family in Hungary without the call dropping every call. As in every call. Had this issue about 4 years ago and after many phone calls we finally got a high level tech support I believe in Germany who fixed issue right away and said yes she was about the only person/team in the company that understood the issue. She referenced opening up ports in Hungary etc. and in 24 hours fixed the issue. Numerous phone calls this time have got us nowhere. Nice people answering the phone but frankly they have no clue how to help and are not escalating the issue higher up like 4 years ago. Does anyone have any suggestions here? Should we go get a physical SIM card again? Or how can I get T-Mobile reps to get us to the proper support team? If we get no help within a day or so we will have no choice but to cancel contact using lack of service as the reason. Been with T-Mobile for years but don't know we have any other choice. Thanks in advance for any help.
In Egypt, no roaming while it is supported
Hello, I bought a prepaid sim card in Atlanta. I used it for some time (calls and data). Then, I traveled to Egypt expecting that it will work since Egypt is a supported country in international roaming. However, I didn't receive the welcome message nor is there any signal. I am in a location where I am sure T-Mobile should be supported. I can't make calls to T-Mobile, and they don't have any live support or even email. What can I do?
HULU ON US WITH ADS
Hi, we have Hulu on US with our T Mobile along with Netflix and Apple +. We have had T Mobile for a year or so and I do not remember if I ever activated it. How can I see if I did,I've been trying diff emails to ck by requesting help signing in and I have never received any responses back. I went to a TM store yd and she was very helpfull, I had alot of ?s about data roaming since we were just in Aruba for a week. She was very helpful. She said we got 6GB a day while in Aruba, that seems like alot, is the correct? Back to my original question about Hulu, How do I activate or access my free Hulu with ads. I cannot figure it out, do I get a Hulu acct 1st (it seems to want me to sign up for a charged acct when I go to Hulu? Thanks in advance Mike
BAD customer care
hi my name is alisha I live in ohio we have been with t mobile for 16 years my daughter got a new phone and it was sopost to be a promotion they are now saying it wasn't and making us pay over 700dollers for the phone they lady on the phone was a manager she wouldn't give us her ID number or her last name as a customer for over 16 years you would think they take better care of u then this on top of it all she had noutheing but problems with the phone they did something and it caused her to have to change her number that she had for 16 years as of Monday I am changing phone company's if I was you I would not have t mobile for a company cause with in the last year they have went to hell and don't care know more about there.custerms thank you alisha
