Never have 5G
I never have 5G coverage only LTE with one bar showing, I pay for 5G service but I am not getting it, have no service on several occasions and dropped calls all the time, this has started happening within the last 6 months what is going on with TMobiles service here in IA/IL area? Switched to T-Mobile from Verizon a few months ago. Coverage at my cabin has been fine until 2 weeks ago. Now coverage drops for extended periods of time at the same location. We've had the G4SE gateway since February and our service was great until the leaves grew out on our trees, didn't know that was going to be a problem. We have an external antenna and our signal almost always is 3 bars (good), we get decent internet if the gateway will stay on 5G but as soon as it switches to UC everything totally slows down, download is 10 Mbps +/- and unmeasurable upload. It’s Father’s Day and my wife wanted to reveal that she had been talking with another man in 2023. I’m not really upset and told her that I’ve got so many good things going on in life so she shouldn’t worry about it. I just wanted to know his name but she won’t give it. I was excited to finally have the T-Mobile home internet as an option only to discover after several calls to support that it’s just the weak signal even though the towers are nearby. Slow connections cause streaming tv to buffer (always at the time when you really want to see/hear it! At first they told me that there was work being done on towers in my area so I waited a week and no improvement. Next support said she would open a work order and that I would get an email. Waited another week and no email so another call to support and after the standard trouble shooting he had me go outside and do a Speedtest on my phone which had a slow connection 7.8 down/2.1 up. He told me there would be tower upgrades but until then I would never get strong signals. I asked if there is a schedule for the upgrades and he said no. I really don’t want to go back to the only cable provider in our area but it seems I’ll have to. Why have I had six years of problems with our service?
Please help me resolve this continuing ongoing problem with my service with T-Mobile that has declined since we became clients. I was so happy with T-Mobile and now I would never suggest T-Mobile the representatives are excellent but what I'm getting for years of paying is a joke.. seriously thinking about canceling service after six years I could not be more displeased to have to spend well over 1000 hours on the phone and having a contact customer service almost every other week.. my Internet is a joke. The phone that you have provided for me that I have spent a lot of money for are not being supported, especially from Apple. At least the T-Mobile support are trying, but I am in a very serious situation with needing to be able to be reached 24 hours a day and it is at the point where I'm going buy a prepaid phone because this phone does not meet any needs, this is my eighth phone since we started with T-Mobile.. after having a Samsung galaxy for six years with no problems Very displeased very unhappy would be great if a supervisor would intervene like I've asked well over 250 times.. Now I need to buy a new phone is that gonna fix the problem probably not this is my eighth iPhone in five years. And now they’re stating that I can replace the phone with a relatively cheap model and people online are stating that the refunds are problematic and don’t go through and then they end up having to pay the full amount of the cost … Thanks for sending me refurbished trash after paying so much money for my original phone with AppleCare and T-Mobile 360 warranty coverage that.. we pay all this money for coverage and you just send another junk phone that I have to go and replace over and over again. I am so tired of dealing with this... we used to have phones that worked all the time with no problems now it's just always something GPS drop phone calls.. I've been with T mobile now for a month now. Can anyone please tell me when do they rest your hotspot data? Is it when they open up? Midnight? When? I've had nothing but issues with T Mobile since I've been with them really starting to regret it. I travel allot and I use allot of data. I live in GA and if your out my way and have any info on when it resets please let me know. I would really appreciate it. I received the e-mail to join the T-Satellite program as a non-T-Mobile customer. I filled the forms and got a confirmation number after add the credit card. I was supposed to receive a message/e-mail with the eSIM, but it has been 20 days and nothing. Support calls are terrible as I usually transferred over and over and sometimes they just want you to hang up. I'm not sure how to activate or where to call since support also don't know.
