Says I Won for Last Week's Tmobile Tuesday Sweepstakes. What now??
For last week’s T-Mobile Tuesday St Patrick's Day $5000 sweepstakes game, I played it and a screen popped up saying I Won and that was it. No way to contact or know what to do next. I reached out to T-Mobile support and they have no idea what I'm talking about. I luckily got a screenshot just as it faded away. I have two lines on my account and we both used to be able to redeem our own TMobile offers on our own apps. It seems that since they upgraded to TLife it’s only allowing one offer per account, not per line. So as soon as one of us redeems the offer, then the other tries to redeem their own code it says the offer was already used. However, the eligibility rules on their site states it’s per line: Any T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile customer on a qualifying branded monthly rate plan can participate. Qualifying rate plans include most consumer and business monthly plans that include voice and data. One of 1000 Amazon gift card winners...
I got an email stating that I won a $500 Amazon gift card from T Mobile Tuesdays. I reached out to T Mobile via fb messneger, they verified my account, and they confirmed that the email address is a legitimate email address and that there were 1000 winners of the $500 Amazon gift cards. So, I clicked the link in my email to redeem, and it took me to a page that says, 'shoot, misfire. Please forgive us'. This has been happening for 2 days. There was an email address at the bottom of the error to send an email to if there were any issues, its cs@tangocard. I emailed them and I'm waiting on a response. My question is, is anyone else one of the 1000 winners? If so, are you having issues with the redemption link sent to your email? I used the Rose Farmers promotion for the $30 flowers or whatever and they promised 2 day free shipping. Now it's FIVE DAYS. They gave me a $40 credit on my NEXT order but they won't do anything about the present situation, just sorry, tough luck. They offer a guaranteed delivery option on their website for five bucks and I guess if you don't take that they'll take as long as they want to ship perishable, fresh flowers to you. Now I have to use PayPal purchase protection to try to get my money back. What a headache and a waste. If you see this promo do NOT take it, tell your friends. I signed up for a T-Mobile Tuesday Promotion back in November 2023. This was for a Fire TV is I joined T-Mobile 5g Internet Service. And Maintained for 2 Months. Well I did just that but I never received the codes for this promotion to submit for Amazon to send the TV. (This is part of the process) I have contacted customer support several times, phone, chat etc. Everyone I speak to agrees that I qualified. I get the repeated promises that they have contacted the proper department to moves this along. But no one has contacted me back, everytime I call its the same promises etc. I have gone to stores, but I get a snicker at the stores that it has to be handled via support. We have been fine before the update change to “T-Life”, we both are not with T-Mobile, but with Metro by T-Mobile, we have the 2 lines for $80. This new app keeps wanting us to sign up for T-Mobile ID etc, but can’t do this because it says we have a Metro by T-Mobile phone number, Metro by T-Mobile reps is clueless about this.
