Voicemail problem since Nov 23, 2024
My visual voicemail stopped working 11/23/24, so I called Tmobile and they fixed it, but in doing so deleted all my old voice messages including those from my mother who died in February2024. I know these voicemails are on the Tmobile server, but 4 phone calls and 2 emails to tech experts telling me they cannot retrieve them is not what I want to hear. Any advice? I have a Samsung 23 5G phone and all software up to date. Tmobile struggles with their voicemail in general. I have been with them > 20 years. I did save all my voicemails, but did not back up to another source. Please help...tracert timeout for hops
whenever i do a tracert with default setting via an elevated windows 11 command prompt it get timeouts for hops 3 and beyond here is sample of tracert ebay.com i think default timeout for each of the 3 requests per line is 4000ms it took close to 5 min to complete and i know that it doesnt take 5 mins to connect to ebay via web browser so what is up? please help someone.
Tlife app / gateway offline
I just installed the Tlife app 2 days 11/30/24 ago to manage the old TMobile gateway we have (model: 5G21-12W-A). The gateway is totally working but showing offline on the app so it is worthless. Deleted/reinstalled app, cleared cache, have no VPN, restarted the gateway. Was escalated to the TMobile engineering team. Still waiting for a response. So frustrating ‼️VPN connection
I have a Netgear router with two satellites connected to my 5G Gateway router. I can connect to my VPN but cannot access network files. VPN help desk says it’s a problem with my ISP. When I connect through Verizon I have no problem accessing files. I REALLY don’t want to go back to Verizon!
Xbox one won't connect to tmobile internet
Hello, having issues setting up my new Xbox one. Won't connect to wifi or wired connection on the 5g gateway router from t mobile. Says it's Mac address issue. Or the DHCP server isn't setup for DHCP. Check your router or modem manual for info about setting up dhcp. Please help thanks
Issues Connecting Smart TV
Last night all was well. This morning, for some mysterious reason, I cannot connect my Samsung smart TV to my T-mobile internet. My home internet is working fine in my office but my TV is in another room. I have the 5G gateway with the disk room extender (not sure what to call it). Unplugged everything and turned it back on. Not sure what else to do except call T-Mobile. Thoughts anyone?
