Can't Change Administrator Photo in T-Life
Hi, I’m setting up a syncup watch for my child and put in my contact info in the t-life app as the administrator. I want to change my profile photo, but every time I try I get “Something went wrong. Please try again.” error message. I’m doing this in the manage watch contacts setting. Is there somewhere else I can do this or a different setting? I also get the same error message if I only try to change avatars. I tried deleting the watch, deleting the app and reinstalling, but the same original avatar showed up and I can’t change it.105Views0likes5Comments- 13Views0likes0Comments
Assurant Nightmare!!!! Stay Away from this company.
Ok I filed a claim for My iPhone 15 pro max. Paid the Deductible and sent back the damaged phone. Keep a photo of the tracking. All of a sudden an 800.00 charge shows up for Non-returned device. After Getting a T-Mobile rep on the phone they put me on a three way call with Assurant. Low and behold they did receive the phone!!!!The T-Mobile Rep. tells me they put a hold on my account to wait two billing cycles to remove it. (How cant they take it off right then and there is ridiculous) Then T-Mobile takes 414.00 out of my account two weeks later. After calling T-Mobile AGAIN and I was told the First rep didn’t do what he was supposed to due and I would have to wait 18 days for T-mobile to reverse the charge. Funny how they can take my money and it takes 18 days to put it back. I then made sure I deleted all form of payment methods off my account to block any more shenanigan's from T-Mobile’s Flunkeys. Now I have to wait till I can get return calls from T-Mobile to, I guess check that things are being fixed and my 414.00 is returned.Moral of the Story….DO NOT USE ASSURANT!!!!!!24Views0likes0CommentsNot Receiving Group Texts and Server Alarms on WiFi
When I’m connected to WiFi, I am not receiving group texts that include one Android user. Additionally, I’m not receiving web-based texts (such as server alarm notifications) when there is an issue. However, when I disable WiFi and switch to cellular data, I receive all of these messages immediately. My carrier is T-Mobile. I’ve tried basic troubleshooting, but the issue persists. Any advice on resolving this so that I can receive all messages over WiFi would be appreciated. Thank you!T-Mobile app does not work
Hello, I switched to a Samsung A02 from Galaxy S8 recently. Everything works as expected for the phone. I can’t get the T-Mobile app to work it sits the with a “T” on the display no matter what tab you use. It may have something to do with the fact I switched phones moved SIM card. We switched to TMobile the Wednesday before Thanksgiving in 2023 and never received copies of what we signed at the store on an iPad. I have asked 3 times and I am told each time, that copies will be sent to my email. I continue to wait. Why am I interested in the copies? Because when we signed up we were told that we would receive $800 towards the purchase of our phones (all android) . I called about it shortly after the first of the year and was told it could take a few cycles for the credits to appear.
