Tmobile is the worst company doing business today
Tmobile is the worst company doing business today. Not just compared to other cell companies, actually compared to any other company out there today, they are the worst! They have the worst service. Your better off using 2 cans and a string than using their service. The worst customer service possible. The most ignorant people god ever put on the face of this earth. Even up to the top level executives, not one person knows what they are doing. I urge people to stay away from Tmobile. I don't care if they give you everything free, I would still run,! Do you know how bad a company has to be to make a customer leave them, even when it's free. Could you imagine walking into a car dealership and they say take one of our cars it's free, even the gas. And a customer says no thanks. If someone prefers to walk than drive your car. That's bad. We'll that's tmobile. Absolutely worst service, worst website, worst customer service, worst company!!
My Samsung A51 cannot update system software
For over nine months, my A51 only gives me an error message when I try to update system software, including the security update. I did a troubleshooting session with support and was only able to do a minor update. Since then, I've attempted further updates, still with no success.
App Selector Security Concerns
I have concerns about the app selector application. It seems to be installing apps through security blocks. It is annoying enough to have apps installed without permission. My concern is that it is installing apps within a locked down work profile without consent. This means that app selector opens a security breach to the system that could be potentially exploited. The money Tmobile makes on these apps is not worth risking the security of its users and their devices. This shows a lack of care or regard for their customers. I had to jump through hoops to remove this virus from my brand new phone.
OnePlus 10 Pro 5g NE2217
"Are there any officials at T-Mobile who work in the software segment? I contacted OnePlus regarding the OxygenOS 15 update for the OnePlus 10 Pro 5G Model: NE2217 (T-Mobile variant). They told me that they have no information about this update and that it is entirely up to T-Mobile. When will we receive OxygenOS 15?"
OnePlus 10 pro ne2217 updates
Hi, good day to the T-Mobile community, I want to ask why the ne2217 exclusive for TMobile variant of OnePlus 10 pro doesn't have the android 15 update yet since every other model of this device it's receiving. The users of ne2217 OnePlus 10 pro are getting the February security patch?. I know TMobile need to tweak the O.S but I really want some information of what's going on :(
Unlock my previous phone after upgrading
I have given my sister my old Samsung S22 Ultra and now use a S24 Ultra. I live in America, but my family is from England and my sister still lives there. I assumed the American S22 Ultra was already unlocked, so I didn't even think about unlocking it through T-Mobile before I upgraded. I am now, of course, back in the US and the old phone in the UK. Is there a way for me to unlock the old phone through T-Mobile? I have the IMEI etc, and the phone can surely be linked to my account to prove it was mine. I'm guessing now, but it would have been my daily driver for a year or two. What are my options here?
