Hello society, I need your help. I am not a customer, and I do not have a SIM card of this operator, but I got a phone that has a lock for this operator. It is without password and Apple lock (imei: 351415638689724), so I conclude that it was not stolen. I can't call the operator, how else can I ask them for help in unlocking? I try to add an existing contact my the t-life app for my son's sync up watch. Steps 1. From the t-life app > connect > people > settings in top right > watch contacts select a contact. 2. Select the checkbox next to the child the contact should be added to. In my case this is our second watch so a contact is already assigned and I'm trying to assign this contact to the 2nd watch. 3. Enter a name. 4. Select Save Actual Behavior 1. Error is returned "Something went wrong. Please try again. I've only been able to add myself and one more contact. Hi folks - this is March 2025 and we were on auto pay all the time. We cancelled a line in August 2023, and even then we have been charged for 2 lines for $100 for seniors. We bought it to the attention of the T mobile staff, they seem all in a different country, not sure if this will be resolved. Can someone reach out to me to resolve this issue from T-Mobile. When I try to send text messages to my son and/or his wife, I immediately receive the message that Message Blocking is active. But when I look at the list of phone numbers that I HAVE blocked from texts, phone or FaceTime, their numbers do not appear. This only occurred after I purchased the new iPhone13. Previous to that I have had no issue in sending texts to them. I am able to send texts to my other contacts. Anyone have experience with jump on demand lease, and T-Mobile seeming to want to get people off that program? Every year my wife and I just turn in our iPhones for new model, with small down payment, but this year they are saying it’s over $400 down.
