Does Home Internet refer-a-friend work when friend is already a phone customer, not a Home customer?
It is not clear if the $50 refer-a-friend benefit will work if my friend already has a phone account at T-Mobile. They say it is for "new accounts" but Home Internet is a different service from the phone account.Richard4728 days agoNewbie Caller78Views0likes0CommentsRabbit R1 constantly connects&diconnects from TMobile Home Internet WiFi.

I cannot get my canon iX6820 printer to connect to the router. I created a new network like I’ve read a lot on here and it still will not connect. Any other tips/tricks? I’ve been trying for over a week, feeling very frustrated!bburger9223 months agoNetwork Novice238Views0likes2CommentsDeleting extra network on TMobile Home Internet
Any tips on deleting or changing settings on extra networks. I needed to add one to accommodate an older printer, but it took three tries to config it right, I would like to delete the two other extras. The corollary question is how do you change configurations of networks already in place (sigh). Hey T-Mobile Community, I’ve been thinking about how T-Mobile’s 5G network could really change the way we use cloud computing. As we all rely more on cloud-based apps for everything from work to entertainment, the speed and reliability of T-Mobile’s 5G seems like it could take cloud computing services to the next level. Here are a few ways I think 5G will impact cloud computing: Faster Cloud Access: With 5G’s speed, we’ll see faster file uploads/downloads, smoother video calls, and quicker access to cloud services like Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox. No more waiting for files to load or download! Cloud Gaming: 5G’s low latency could make cloud gaming much more enjoyable. Services like Xbox Cloud Gaming or Google Stadia could provide lag-free, high-quality gaming on mobile devices, even while on the go. Anyone tried this with T-Mobile 5G yet? Improved Remote Work: As remote work continues to rise, 5G will make cloud-based productivity tools like Zoom, Google Docs, and Slack more seamless, reducing disruptions and improving real-time collaboration. Overall, I’m excited to see how 5G enhances everyday experiences with cloud computing. Whether for work, gaming, or media, the possibilities are endless. What are your thoughts? Have you noticed any improvements in cloud services since T-Mobile’s 5G rollout? Looking forward to hearing from you all!luciaonmatteo4 months agoNetwork Novice160Views0likes0CommentsWhat Netgear 5G Hotspot Should I Buy?
Once the T-Mobile Direct To Cell has data available, what Netgear 5G hotspot should I buy? Hello Jim, Hope all is well you and thanks for reaching out to us regarding the Direct to cell and we are excited about this new technology that is evolving here at T-Mobile. Jim, we do understand that you would like to know a bit more about the Direct to Cell, and as of now T-Mobile and Starlink asked for and received a Special Temporary Authority (STA) from the FCC to operate our T-Mobile Starlink Direct-to-Cellular service over Hurricane Milton’s projected path. Wireless emergency alerts and SMS, including the ability to text 911, are now enabled in Florida as well as the areas previously impacted by Hurricane Helene. We’ll have more to share about how we bring these exciting new services to the market in the future. However, to answer your question once Direct to Cell is fully launched, if the things below apply you will have access to Direct to Cell. If your wireless provider uses the T-Mobile network and you have one of the following devices, T-Mobile Starlink is available for SMS messaging: Mobile Provider All SIM cards and eSIM’s issued by T-Mobile will have access to this service. MVNOs using the T-Mobile network Devices All Android devices supported iPhone 13 and older are supported Again Jim, thanks for reaching out to us and I hope the information I provided will be helpful to you. S22 no longer seen on PC after Nov 24 Win 11 Updates
After the last two Windows 11 updates between 11/06/24 & 11/08/2024 my S22 is no longer seen by File Explorer when plugged into the PC. Following several leads on net I have hard booted everything, re-installed Samsung USB drivers, changed USB cables, tested connection on wife’s PC (not updated and all good there). I don’t know enough about Windows or Samsung technology to TS this issue and hope someone else has seen and resolved this. If I should share more information I will do so if you can ask me a detailed enough question to find the info. Thank you everyone.oldgoat15 months agoNetwork Novice249Views0likes1Comment- Min_Thuta5 months agoNetwork Novice142Views0likes0Comments
