Iphone 15 ProMax Unlock Issue
Over a month ago, I fully paid off my phone and contacted T-Mobile to have it unlocked. Despite multiple follow-up calls, the phone remains locked. Each time I call, I'm told the request is visible but the unlock process hasn't been completed. I'm advised to wait an additional 48-72 hours, but nothing changes. I've met all the requirements for unlocking the device. My intention was to use the iPhone 15 as a secondary phone while traveling, which is why I paid off. The current situation is frustrating. Given the ongoing issue, I'd like to inquire about T-Mobile's return policy. If the phone cannot be unlocked, I'm considering returning the iPhone 16 and simply using my iPhone 15 instead of having a second useless phone.
Unlock Iphone se
A friend of mine broughtme an iPhone se (2020), and I live in Lebanon. When I inserted the SIM card, I received a message stating that the phone is locked ( sim not supported ). I inquired about the issue at a mobile repair shop, and they told me that the phone is locked by the T carrier. Could you please help me understand how I can unlock the phone to work on the local network where I live?
Iphone XS bloqueado en Mexico
Hola, les cuento, hace mas de 5 años adquiri un Iphone XS aqui en Mexico, fue de segunda mano, el equipo estaba desbloqueado de red por medio de codigo, hace mas de 2 años por error formatee el equipo y se borro el codigo, por ende perdi la red del equipo, me puse en contacto con personal de T-Mobile pero me comentaron que no tenian registro del equipo y al no tener datos del antiguo propietario no podian desbloquear mi equipo, ya busque muchas opciones y sigo sin resolver, aqui en Mexico pagar por desbloquear la red sale demasiado caro, ademas de que los desbloqueos no son 100% estables, no entiendo por que la empresa T-Mobile no puede desbloquearmelo si ellos mismos me comentaron que en efecto el equipo se habia adquirido con ellos, tengo dos años que uso solo el equipo con conexion WiFi, alguien tiene idea que puedo hacer o de que manera puedo desbloquearlo para utilizarlo sin problema aqui en donde vivo...de antemano gracias
