My husband passed several months ago. Finally in March, I was ready to move ahead and cancel his line...and I went to the local T Mobile store. While I was there, the T Mobile representative said I should not be paying the bill since it was in my late husbands name and she stopped auto pay. She also submitted the form for a deceased account holder. Apparently from there, that department is supposed to call me - I'm not sure why. But regardless of the reason, they were calling my late husband's number! I didn't know they were trying to reach me. Last Tuesday - a week ago - and 2 months after I initiated cancelling his line!- the account was suspended. I can call no one. So I started a chat with T Mobile. The bottom line seems to be I need to call myself - I am not sure why they can not resolve this via chat. But obviously I can't call. They have tried several times calling me, but when I answer I can hear no one and then I hear a click - all because of the suspension I am sure. I did go into the local store and they tried calling the numbers for me, but when they identified my account, the phone system would not proceed until I paid the full amount due. All I am trying to do is get the charges for my husbands line taken off the bill since March when I was trying to cancel his line as well as the reinstatement fee of $60.00. No one is helping me. Also, was the worker at the T Mobile store back in March right - do I not need to pay the bill?Solvedges5 days agoNetwork Novice156Views0likes2CommentsProblem unlocking paid off iPhone previously on Jump plan
My friend paid off her iPhone on 4-30-2025. This phone was on a grandfathered Jump plan. She called T-Mobile to request their assistance to unlock the phone. The rep refused and told her that she needs to wait 64 days before calling to unlock it. She is a long time customer and her account is in good standing. Why does she need to wait to unlock it after the phone is paid off? Thanks!Solvedbornitz6 days agoTransmission Trainee123Views0likes4CommentsChange Primary Account holder
I'm not able to gather all the information to change me to the PAH instead of my husband. My husband has advanced Alzheimer's disease and can't use the phone anymore. His phone is disconnected, and I can't access his on-record email. I pay all the bills and have been for some time.helserj8 days agoNetwork Novice147Views0likes0CommentsConsumer complaint
My experience with TMobile has been nothing but wasted money, time and stress. Since switching from Verizon to them I’ve filed 3 claims for phones that have been consistently inoperable. The most recent event was yesterday where I spent 4 hours on the phone including two hours today, where I’ve been getting the run around. They tried to tell me I was’t paying my insurance premium when it’s automatically taken out of my bill totaling $700/month, so they not only told me I was uncovered but then retracted and said I was. I still don’t have the phone that’s needed to run my business and they tried to offer me $50 to compensate for the inconvenience and time. Their associates are not trained properly and have poor documentation as I’ve repeatedly explained the issue to over 5 representatives. They tried to compensate me $59 like this will change the fact that I’ve now lost thousands per day. The end result is: no phone! I highly recommend not switching or using T-Mobile. I expect way more out of a cellular company that I spend thousands with every other monthNeema8 days agoNetwork Novice79Views0likes0CommentsTrading in iphone - find my iPhone "off"
Hello - looking for someone who maybe know how to do this. I called tmobile afte I got a message stating that my trade in was not accepted due to a setting on the device. Long story short, I didn't take off tracking and clear the data from the phone before mailing. Apple tells me to go to settings, etc....and gives directions, however it appears to me the iphone i already turned off. I am unable to do factory reset as Tmobile website keeps saying "go to settings on your phone". The phone has already been mailed unfortunately. Anyone know a way around this?Diamondgirl118510 days agoNetwork Novice63Views0likes0CommentsT-Mobile is running a phone trade in scam.
I have had such an awful experience trying to solve this lost trade in phone issue that I am just utterly frustrated and angry with customer service. I have PROOF the phone was delivered, even the customer service representative admitted they have it, but I can’t get credit for it. I have been lied to, ignored, I don’t feel like a long time valued customer with T-Mobile, quite the opposite. In my opinion they are without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am still out my $300 trade in. Knowing what I know now I will NEVER trade in a phone with T-Mobile again, just a horrible experience.Supertone10 days agoNetwork Novice71Views0likes0CommentsOrdered iPhone 15 pro through Store and getting charged for 2 devices
