iPhone 14 Shipping Confirmation
Hi all, I pre-ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max 256gb in Space Black with an estimated shipping date between 9/30 and 10/6. I know that T-Mobile only charges when pre-orders are about to ship. This morning (9/15) I saw that my card was charged. Has anyone else been charged, got a shipping notification or tracking number? If so, when was your initial estimated shipping date?Where is my iPhone 15 Pro Max? - My wife got hers, orded the next day!
Hello T-Mobile and Community! I have an interesting story. I ordered my iPhone 15 ProMax - White from T-mobile on Launch Day (9/15/23 @ 10:30 AM) on my Account. I am still waiting and it says it should be shipped by October 3rd. My wife ordered the SAME EXACT phone the next day (9/16/23 @ 11:30 PM) on her account. She did order a regular sized Pro on launch day and then decided she wanted the bigger one, so she reordered the next day. It initially said November delivery. She got her phone on drop day (9/22/23), and I have no updates on my phone. I called T-mobile, and they were like, yeah - no clue, sorry. Same shipping address and everything. It is so frustrating that T-mobile and their system would not fulfill orders in the proper sequence. I am still waiting with no updates and just a “too bad, so sad” from T-mobile.

After iOS 18 was made available, I had downloaded the update on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I was anticipating trying out the RCS messaging feature, I discovered right away that it isn’t allowing rcs messages to be sent or received. in order to try to resolve the issue I went and searched for solutions. I have tried, restarting the phone, toggling on and off airplane mode, and resetting network settings. NONE of these solutions worked. last thing I did was I checked for a carrier updated and it is up to date. I further checked the IMS status and it shows that only voice and sms is allowed, and RCS is missing. knowing that is under E-SIM, I knew it had to do with T-mobile. I have called T-Mobile customer care 3 times. the first call, they weren’t knowledgeable on the subject of RCS. eventually I was transferred to a “Tech Specialist” that created a trouble ticket. a second call to see If I could get a knowledgeable customer service rep and I was referred to Apple suspecting it was a software problem. Apple refers me back to T-mobile stating that they don’t have control over the RCS working on the network and that is the issue of T-Mobile. attempt 3 with T-Mobile consisted of deleting my E-SIM and downloading a new one, which did not fix the RCS unavailability fiasco. I was suggested that I do a factory reset or a settings reset but at this point I don’t think this the problem. Has anyone experienced this problem? if so have you resolved it? whad did you do? if it is all about IMS allowing RCS, how did you fix that? thanks in advance.
