How T-Mobile Calculates Monthly EIP Costs
Greetings. I am not (yet) a T-Mobile customer. I have a question about purchasing a new phone from T-Mobile. In the first attachment, I show that T-Mobile is offering a $1,000 promotion for my trade-in - the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G in good condition - if I purchase a new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra on an EIP. In the second attachment, I show that the full retail price of the S25 Ultra with 256GB of storage $1,299.99. Thus, if I apply my $1,000 promotion, I should pay $299.99 for this phone after all is said and done. The second attachment also shows that my monthly payment for the 24-month EIP will be $20.83. But $20.83 x 24 months = $499.92, not $299.99! It's a little misleading, however, because T-Mobile actually doesn't apply the $1,000 promotion evenly over the 24 months of the EIP. According to T-Mobile's website, I'll get a one-time bill credit of $320, and the $680 balance of the promotion with be divided evenly among the 24 months of the EIP. Let's see the arithmetic in that case: $1,299.99 - 320.00 = $979.99 - 680 = $299.99 / 24 months = $12.50 per month. This is less than the $20.83 per month that T-Mobile advertises! So my question is: How does T-Mobile calculate a monthly payment of $20.83?? This question has stumped three different T-Mobile customer service reps, but then I shouldn't expect them to know anything about the calculation of monthly costs, since their purpose is to sell and that is how they are trained. Can anyone explain how the $20.83 per month is calculated?magenta25782183 hours agoRoaming Rookie12Views0likes0CommentsHow does Glance Sports provide real-time sports updates directly on the widget?

Amazon offers "SAMSUNG Galaxy A25 5G Dual SIM (256GB, 2024) 6.5" 120Hz AMOLED, Octa-Core, 50MP Camera, 4G Volte (GSM Unlocked for AT&T, T-Mobile, Global) International Model A256E/DSN (w/ 256GB SD Card, Yellow)". The title says it works on T-Mobile but some comments say it actually doesn't. What actually is the case? If it works, are there any possibly unexpected side-effects of a "international model"? They need tab for Scam Shield. It is too time consuming to access it now. The separate app access was much better. Now it seems I either have to stay logged into T-Life, or log in every time I want to use the scam shield. I don't like leaving myself logged in to anything I am not currently using. Please do not get rid of the Scam Shield separate app!Harrier4 days agoNewbie Caller52Views0likes0CommentsHow to use Glance to personalize your phone screen?

Bang Nguyen O************@gmail.com Date: February 6, 2025 T-Mobile Customer Relations Dear T-Mobile Customer Relations, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I have received from T-Mobile, specifically regarding the promotion of a free Samsung Galaxy S24 FE phone, which was promised to my family and me on 11/07/2024. This was presented as compensation for T-Mobile's failure to unlock my fully paid-off Samsung Galaxy A32 5G, and it has led to an ongoing series of unresolved issues and significant frustration. From September to November 2024, despite my Samsung Galaxy A32 5G (phone number ends with 1960) being fully paid off, T-Mobile failed to unlock the device. In response, I was offered a free Samsung Galaxy S24 FE. This offer was confirmed multiple times by various customer service representatives, including Melvin, Cody, Anna (11/07/2024), Shilla (11/08/2024), Olivia, Brian (11/13/2024), and Teresa (11/26/2024). However, despite receiving this confirmation, T-Mobile has continued to charge me a monthly device fee of $27.09 plus tax starting in December 2024, in direct contradiction to the agreement made. I have made more than a dozen phone calls, expended significant time and effort, and been repeatedly assured by various representatives that this issue would be resolved. Promises were made by Lester (12/02/2024), and T-Mobile managers Pessah (12/24/2024), Lyce (01/23/2025), and Dexter (01/31/2025). Regrettably, none of these individuals followed through on their commitments, and I have yet to receive the promised resolution. This ongoing failure has caused undue stress, wasted valuable time, and left me with a growing sense of frustration. I am formally requesting that T-Mobile immediately remove all device charges associated with the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, and that I be reimbursed for the time, energy, and resources I have spent attempting to resolve this matter. I trust that T-Mobile values its customers and will act promptly to correct this situation before it escalates further. I look forward to your timely and favorable resolution of this issue. Sincerely, Bang NguyenSolvedtuankiet20077 days agoNewbie Caller171Views0likes2CommentsHow to enable Weather Widget on Lock Screen in Android 15?

How AI Works In Mobile to improve user experience and performance?
How AI works in mobile devices and how it can enhance user experience and performance. It seems that AI can make phones smarter by automating tasks, offering personalized content, and even improving battery life. For instance, some mobile devices adjust settings based on your usage patterns, optimizing performance. I’ve also noticed widgets on my phone that update weather info, news, or other personalized data instantly. How exactly does AI power these features, and can it further improve things like speed or accuracy in apps?ameliadavis8 days agoNewbie Caller47Views0likes0Comments
