Apps on Cat S22 flip not working unless on wifi
I recently got a Cat S22 flip and am running into a serious issue. Unless i'm on wifi, none of my apps load. Maps, spotify, google, youtube, etc does not load and says i'm "offline". I get texts and calls no problem. In my mobile network bar icon on the upper right, it shows full bars with an exclamation point on the last bar. I've tried manually putting in a new APN per Tmobile's instructions, making sure data saver is off, turning on roaming data, restarting the phone, and making sure data is turned on for the specific apps I want to use. Nothing has changed. Anyone have any solutions? I bought this phone so I could be able to use maps and other apps, and the way it is functioning makes it unusable for me.
S22 Ultra Wifi and Hot Spot no longer working after latest update.
My S22 Ultra Wi-Fi and Hot spot no longer turn on after the most recent update UI 7.0. I took my phone to a T-Mobile store and was told a lot of people with the S22 are having this problem and they can't fix it. I have insurance so they told me they would replace it. Is replacing it going to fix the issue since it is a software bug? Of course, my model is on back order, so I have to wait 3 weeks. To add insult to injury they tell me there is a $5 fee. You break my phone with a crappy update and then want to charge me money to fix it? I get it that it is only $5 but I have had this phone probably 5 years and paid insurance of $18/month for 5 years and never once used it, my phone is paid for, yet they still feel the need to charge more money? Something as petty as this makes me consider leaving T-Mobile.
Group Messaging
I'm using an iPhone 14 and I’m trying to send group messages that include both iPhone and Android users. I can send the group message, but the replies come back as individual texts instead of staying in the group thread. I noticed that in Settings > Messages, I have MMS Messaging enabled, but I don’t see the “Group Messaging” option at all. Can anyone help with this?S24 and Battery Issues
I purchased a brand new Samsung S24 for my son a few months ago. It is not charging well or holding a charge for very long. I did not purchase insurance on the phone, but think it would still be under some sort of warranty. How do I go about looking into what I can do to fix this phone?
New S22 update connection issues
Been with sprint/tmobile for a long while now. This recent android update makes me want to throw the phone out the window. The phone keeps dropping from the tmobile network and won't go back on for awhile. This started almost immediately after up date. No problem before 5Guc or 5G and now no signal what so ever. I have tried to manually select the tmobile network and it still won't connect. Even restarting won't connect for a few minutes. Anyone else experienced this?
