Securus issues
Does anyone here know a way of getting Securus calls to go through? I have T mobile and always been able to get the calls until about a week ago. All of a sudden they are not coming through to my phone but i can see that the calls are being attempted on his end . And before anyone says try #632# i have , I’ve even reset network setting like T-Mobile said to do. I’ve even gone as far as turning my phone off for 5 seconds and turning it back on and dialing #632#. I been calling T-Mobile for 3 days straight now and nobody seems to be able to help. The number is not blocked i even set it as calls allowed under that number . I have no idea what else to do , i have not received any calls today at all. And he has been calling me for a year with no issues until a week ago. i appreciate any help possible thank you
Wi-Fi Mesh Access Point
on the 10th of last month (Dec.) my access point quit working, tried everything along with help from T-Mobile support, had to replace it, got the new one connected and working great, now on Jan. 2 it is malfunctioning again, (less than 3 weeks) solid red light, connected to router with patch cable, several minutes later, the light turns green, so I disconnect the patch cable and it turns red and stays red, I think I have another defective one, what could be the problem?$300 rebate MasterCard
Hey everyone! I wanted to share my experience with the $300 MasterCard rebate for new T-Mobile 5G Home Internet (Magenta plan) customers. This rebate was a huge factor in my decision to switch to T-Mobile, and I know some people can be a bit skeptical about these types of offers. I'm happy to report that I did receive my $300 MasterCard! It took exactly 10 weeks from activation, just as the terms stated, but it definitely came through. If you're on the fence about T-Mobile Home Internet and that rebate is a draw, I can personally confirm it's legitimate and they do indeed reward it to you. Just wanted to put that out there for anyone considering it!
byod pixal 6a network issues
Took my SIM out of an older phone (iphone 10) which had not network issues and put in pixal 6a recently and calls, text and internet rarely work on data(no solid connection when making phones calls and often receive time out and network no found errors). I've tried resetting network settings, clearing SIM cache/storage, selecting resetting Tmobile connection point with not improvement. I've been enable/disabling Airplane mode which seems to make a stronger connection for a min and I'll start to receive text/calls but doesn't last long. I tried selecting Network manually instead of Automatically and failed 'Selected Network 'T-Mobile' unavailable and even on Wifi having similar issues. I'm at the end of my troubleshooting skills. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated when I tried to select network manually instead of automatic signal on top right shows good amount of bars but GPS says offline
Home internet 5g is down in Los Angeles, zip code 91342
Are there other 5g internet users in zip code 91342? I reported the problem last night around 9 pm and was told that two towers were vandalized. They said it will take at least 8 hours to get fixed. Woke this morning and still no internet. I'm very concerned. Please share.Need multiple voicemail greetings
Suggestion. For work, different days I need different greetings on my Voicemail. Can we suggest having say 3 greeting options that are saved that can be easily switched around instead of having to re-record new ones constantly? Greatly appreciate if this could be looked into?
