Select Choice Unlimited FAM TT 50
So, it came to my attention that T-Mobile decided to raise our rates by $5 per line plus taxes. The price lock agreement we received when signing up for this plan stated that our rates would not increase. I asked T-Mobile to send me a copy of our signed contract, and they refused to do so. What part of this is legal, and for those of you that are on the same plan, how are you planning to deal with this unexpected increase? We've been a customer since 1999, and then we switched to our current plan around 2005-6. T-Mobile now claims the signed service contract is for the device ONLY, and they don't have service contracts anymore. Well, newsflash, when we signed up for the "Select Choice Unlimited FAM TT 50" it was a 2-year contract, and we liked it so much, we ended up staying with this plan all these years. Are there any attorneys that can chime in on this? This seems like a deceptive business practice to me.hookedonhd3 hours agoNetwork Novice10Views0likes0CommentsI have a credit on my t mobile account that I can’t get refunded.
I was using a credit card to pay my bills as an automatic payment. I switched carriers and got a bill with a credit on it, The account was closed and I can’t log into my account to request a pin because I no longer have a t mobile phone number. I receive a bill with a credit listed every month and cannot access account to get a refund. I called and they can’t access account without a pin. I go to the store and same thing they say they can’t access because account is closed. Starlink on Samsung
I was recently across the border into Canada and while there, I had no Starlink connection on my Samsung device but another person that was with me had satellite service in his IPhone. Normally, at home in Ohio, my phone will connect to Starlink automatically if I lose cell service. Why isn't it connecting?njsiders11 hours agoNetwork Novice17Views0likes1CommentGift Card Scam
I signed up for T Mobile internet at the end of August 2024. There was a promotion of a $300 gift card after a certain period of time. Still waiting. Called customer service today to see where the card was and conveniently they have no past promotions in their system like that. I have been a loyal customer for over 24 years, maybe its time to change carriers? Anyone scammed for the same promotion?designguy21222 hours agoNewbie Caller1KViews1like10CommentsReturning phone not found at t-mobile warehouse
Has anyone had the same experience as me with getting a new phone, and then returning the old one to get a promo, just to be told that it wasn't scanned in @ the t-mobile warehouse, even though I have UPS tracking and proof of delivery? They show the package was received via tracking but that the phone wasn't scanned in so they're not going to honor my promotion. This is absolutely awful! I did what I was supposed to do, and now I'm being punished because some incompetent employees either lost of stole the phone from the warehouse. If anyone has had this problem and been able to get it resolved, please share your experience and what you may have done. I'm not having any luck, but instead being stuck with a $1,000 bill for a phone.aredfern2222 hours agoRoaming Rookie445Views1like4CommentsT-Satellite turn off
Hello, I have constant problems with T-Satellite connecting on and reconnecting on my iPhone 16 pro max. It causes battery drain. I travel from area to area hiking full time. Sometimes I have full cellular coverage and when I don’t I have Starlink WiFi. And when I hike in areas without cellular it tries to connect constantly to satellite. This happens in my pocket and sends messages that it’s connected over and over. This sometimes happens at night when I’m on Starlink WiFi asleep. It also will not reconnect to cellular coverage automatically. It’s frustrating especially because it drains my battery. What I would like to do is have the ability to turn off satellite. And only use it when I need it. And without manually having to reconnect to cellular towers. I have started tickets with Apple. Thoughts?Santiagos23 hours agoNetwork Novice35Views0likes1Comment
