My Q and T-Mobile internet $#!%$
We got the t-mobile internet about a month ago. All our devices are connecting to it EXCEPT the Chamberlain My Q. (Actually, it connected, worked for a couple days, disconnected, connected for a few more days, disconnected, now nothing). After about an hour and 2 phone calls with Chamberlain, when they asked about my router and I told them t-mobile, their response was, "Oh." So, they sent am email with a list of things to check with t-mobile. On with T-mobile for about 30 minutes, the tech couldn't help me, spoke with his supervisor, and came back with, "well, there's nothing we can do. Talk to the manufacturer." I told him that this is not an unknown issue, I am not the first person to have this, nor will I be the last. There are posts going back 4 years and they should know a fix by now! Enough of the finger-pointing! I need a solution! Anyone...anyone???Fireflye3 hours agoNetwork Novice327Views0likes7Comments- AsherH16 hours agoNetwork Novice285Views0likes3Comments
In Egypt, no roaming while it is supported
Hello, I bought a prepaid sim card in Atlanta. I used it for some time (calls and data). Then, I traveled to Egypt expecting that it will work since Egypt is a supported country in international roaming. However, I didn't receive the welcome message nor is there any signal. I am in a location where I am sure T-Mobile should be supported. I can't make calls to T-Mobile, and they don't have any live support or even email. What can I do?iahmedmaher16 hours agoNetwork Novice124Views0likes2CommentsInternational pass call/text policies
Will be in Cambodia with 30 day international pass. Understand about the data but the calling and texting policies are confusing. While in Cambodia, can I send/receive calls/text to both US numbers and Cambodian numbers without incurred charges. Thank yo.GoBirds16 hours agoNetwork Novice170Views0likes1CommentDropping intl calls after 7 minutes
Wife got a new phone pixel 9a two months ago and we switched her at that time from a physical SIM card to esim. Since that day she has been unable to call her family in Hungary without the call dropping every call. As in every call. Had this issue about 4 years ago and after many phone calls we finally got a high level tech support I believe in Germany who fixed issue right away and said yes she was about the only person/team in the company that understood the issue. She referenced opening up ports in Hungary etc. and in 24 hours fixed the issue. Numerous phone calls this time have got us nowhere. Nice people answering the phone but frankly they have no clue how to help and are not escalating the issue higher up like 4 years ago. Does anyone have any suggestions here? Should we go get a physical SIM card again? Or how can I get T-Mobile reps to get us to the proper support team? If we get no help within a day or so we will have no choice but to cancel contact using lack of service as the reason. Been with T-Mobile for years but don't know we have any other choice. Thanks in advance for any help.rward2116 hours agoNetwork Novice63Views0likes2CommentsSlurpee perk not coming up
