It’s Father’s Day and my wife wanted to reveal that she had been talking with another man in 2023. I’m not really upset and told her that I’ve got so many good things going on in life so she shouldn’t worry about it. I just wanted to know his name but she won’t give it. Price increase Magenta 55+ rate was guaranteed
What?! I've been happy with T-Mobile for a few years now, and thought I was with an ethically operated company. I've had no reason to complain. However just today I received a text that in 2 weeks they are increasing my price. But when I signed up I was promised a guaranteed rate of $70 per month for 2 unlimited lines on Magenta for 55+. Now T-Mobile wants $10/month more than the guaranteed rate. Sorry, the price increase and therefore the change in terms is not acceptable. This isn't a great way to treat loyal customers.
Charged since July last year for a line I called and canceled
I was with sprint for 17 years and now with T-Mobile for this 3 years i guess and I have had to call about my bill over and over . Well if you have had experience with someone you live with with stage 4 cancer . You understand it when you don't have the time or even think to look at the small stuff. Well someone got into our checking account so we had to shut it down and screwed up my auto pays . We'll my phone got cut off because my payment was rejected or returned because the account was closed. So I went online and seen this huge bill and was reading and they have been charging me for a line , I had turned off .. They say I didn't request it tobe turned off , I requested it to be blocked ... And I tried to tell her your wrong . Because after the first time I called in to report that phone was stolen and to shut that line off. I had to call back the next month because data had been used on that line. So I called back and asked why data use is on a line that I wanted canceled and I told them put a block or something but I dont want that line nor do I want anyone to be able to use wifi or data .. So they say since I said that the line wasn't canceled and they don't owe me anything even though no one has used that line for anything since then.
DO NOT PAY FOR ASSURANT!
Paying stupid insurance for years. Quite literally thousands of dollars. Should be $0 to fix screen but they wouldn't. Had to pay $50 more for deductible. And NOW being blackmailed into sending MY phone, that I PAID FOR, to them!? Or else pay more, TO KEEP MY OWN PHONE THAT I PAID FOR! this is not ok. Greed, plain and simple. Assurant is a scam and T-Mobile backs them. Don't believe for one minute that T-Mobile doesn't get a cut of the $ action from Assurant. DON'T NOT PAY FOR THE INSURANCE. save the money for yourself, not them! So flipping sick of corporate greed. 😡After 20 years with T-Mobile, Starlink may drive me away
I've had up to 7 lines with T-Mobile and had no plans to look for a different carrier. When T-Mobile announced a deal with Starlink, I suddenly felt a need to look into switching carriers. I cannot feel good about doing business with any company that promotes and pays for services from Musk's companies. The man is awful on so many levels and is now involved in the decimation of our government institutions and services, I wish for all of his businesses to fail so that he can no longer wield the power of his wealth. If there were some assurance that T-Mobile would walk away from Starlink, I'd really prefer to remain a customer.Want to save money on tmobile?
Hi guys so i left verizon to join tmobile 2 months ago. Service wasnt working out for me so i wanted to switch back. Tmobile has made the entire process very difficult so im here to share how to save money with tmobile. When you contact them ask for a port out number. They will then offer you a $10 discount up to 1 year followed by $20 then $60 and finally $100. Be sure to take advantage guys and hope this help! Note to self... do NOT mail in the trade-In phone. Received an email in January letting me know they had received it, but then it was obviously abducted by aliens because it's nowhere to be found. Now, In June, the full charge for the new phone is quietly being put on my bill. No correspondence or anything. Now when I call, they claim that they never received it and I should call UPS... total frustration at this point...worked 4 carriers for bestbuy Tmo = no service in flushing, queens ny skyview mall. Verizon does.
To anyone considering tmobile? I highly recommend to stay away. Their shady practices wont offer discounts upfront but they’ll offer the world if you threaten to leave for their sub par service. If you would like yo leave for better srrvice and refuse the discount? Well they’ll make you jump through telephone hell uust like refinancing a house! Be prepared yo have lots of time wasted if you want to leave
