1 MIN READ I don’t know about you, but I have completely gotten rid of regular cable service and switched over to streaming services almost exclusively. (I say almost because who doesn’t love going to a movie theater once in a while?) With all of the streaming services available, there is a way to watch just about anything nowadays. I love that T-Mobile partners with so many of the streaming companies and guess what! Another one is coming to our lineup! ViX Premium is a streaming service that offers over 10,000 hours of Spanish-speaking content including news, sports, and original series, along with so much more. I'm looking to learn Spanish and I want to sign up because I've been told that watching Spanish TV is a great first step to getting used to the language. PLUS starting August 11th T-Mobile is offering a ViX Premium ON US deal, so if I have the right plan why not get it for free and try it out? Limited-time offer; subject to change. Register for code and then redeem within 30 days. Qualifying service and new ViX Premium account required. Max 1 code/account. Univision Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply. Last week, we had the SE in our cart to replace my wife's iPhone 8 - we were about to order it and pay in full on the spot. I don't know what made us forget to press 'buy' in the end. So, I went back to it today. 1) I found the product is no longer in our cart. Though we are getting strange texts congratulating us on our new phone? (trying to encourage me to pair it with a new smart-watch!) This is CRM run-amok. 2) Worse, the product comes up as available; even has an estimated date for delivery... But today there is NO mechanism (button) available to actually purchase it; add it to cart and complete the transaction. Cynical View: Is Apple blocking SE sales to force loyal customers to purchase more expensive models; just like Apple used less-than-ethical means to sundown their older products by forcing updates that hurt power-management etc.? Is T-Mobile in collusion because that plan would synch users to longer contracts to pay off the new phones? And does it mean T-Mobile's CRM apparatus is just THAT mercenary and ill-informed to target people who haven't actually ordered yet? This is the point at which as an Apple user I begin to feel like an abused spouse... 'no, they're not that bad. They have good heart... it's just they have needs... and I understand that... and I've been in this house so long... it will be okay.' Cautiously Optimistic View: Is the SE just out of stock and that's why the site won't let us purchase it or add it to the cart -- contrary to the estimated delivery date of 17 June on the website? Naive View: Is the website just broken? Realist and Sad View: I know EU was having Union Issues and had to take the SE out of circulation in 26 'countries/city-states.' and I'm sure China's on-again/off-again tariff situation may be part of the equation. I know Apple stopped making the 256 model a couple months ago. Nevertheless, T-Mobile's website doesn't offer this explanation and shows the phone as available. Does anyone know the truth?mdwhit5 hours agoVisitor6Views0likes0Comments- dadiralc17 hours agoNetwork Novice6Views0likes0Comments
How Can i Ask A Question When No One Answers My Call?
I just have a simple question. It's not a complaint, it's not a problem, it's just a question. I only wanna know how I got a "late charge" when my account has Auto Pay? It's only 29 cents, but...how? I have no control over it. T-Mobile is 100% responsible for withdrawing the payment on the assigned date. So why am I getting penalized? I can't connect to chat, and I was on hold with customer service for 15+ minutes when I was told it would be 5.SolvedNoFekkinWay7 hours agoNetwork Novice124Views0likes3CommentsNeed proof of purchase
Hi, I bought all of my apple devices from T-Mobile. I know I should keep receipts but life has not been easy. I need proof of purchase for the devices I have purchased. I have gone to purchase history but it only lists the last four devices. How do I get this information fro T Mobile?kitkha10 hours agoVisitor8Views0likes0CommentsInternational use
I am visiting Japan. I am supposed to get welcome text message when I arrive in Japan and I should have been able to use text or call without WiFi setting even though I didn’t add on any another service because my plan is Magenta. However my phone can’t work without WiFi, only my daughter’s phone works in same situation. We are same account and plan. It would be so appreciated if you give me an advice to solve. Thanks in advance.sweetcake10 hours agoNetwork Novice37Views0likes3CommentsCan 1 year old prepaid card still be used?
Hi, Last year, in September I was traveling to US for the first time and I took a T-Mobile prepaid card to have unlimitted mobile data. I was in US for 3 weeks and then left. Time to time I have been getting E-mails to refil the sim card, but I didn't. I plan to travel again coming September. Will the sim card still work if I refill it before arrival? Or the sim card are being deactivated after not refilling them for almost a year? Would be nice to be able to use it again, because the price including activation, etc was around $95, when the unlimitted mobile data plan itself was just $50. I don't want to pay again for those. I purchased this phone from sprint now tmobile back on Mon, Nov 22, 2021. I had a plan with sprint back then but switched to mint mobile and didnt think to unlock my phone beforehand. I realize now I was able to use Mint because they are on tmobile's network. Because I was on sprint so long ago, tmobile customer service has been unable to pull up my account so that I can get my phone unlocked. They told me to go into a tmobile store with my ID and they should have more options for me. I did this and was basically told to go to apple customer service. I did that and apple sent me right back to tmobile. So now here I am lost, confused, and quite frankly annoyed. IMEI check shows the device lock is from tmobile and no one at tmobile can help me. I feel like I'm being held hostage. I read about an FCC rule regarding unlocking phones requires participating carriers to unlock mobile devices for customers and former customers in good standing who have fulfilled their service contracts, device financing plans, or paid applicable early termination fees. My phone is paid off and I dont owe any money. Why can no one help me with this issue? Do I need to file a formal complaint with the FCC before I get any help? Please advise. Thank you in advance.ice2 days agoNetwork Novice82Views0likes2CommentsGift Card Scam
I signed up for T Mobile internet at the end of August 2024. There was a promotion of a $300 gift card after a certain period of time. Still waiting. Called customer service today to see where the card was and conveniently they have no past promotions in their system like that. I have been a loyal customer for over 24 years, maybe its time to change carriers? Anyone scammed for the same promotion?designguy2122 days agoNewbie Caller941Views1like9Comments
